Healthy Smoothie Recipe for Gut Healing and Weight Loss
Healing takes a time. However you can speed the process up via implementing smart nutrition, healthy routines, sleep hygiene and specific nutritional supplements.
I share with you today one of my go-to-smoothie recipes that help to detoxify the liver and aid in healing of the gastrointestinal tract.
I use this recipe as a part of my gut healing program as well as weight loss program with my patients.
There are many ingredients needed to heal your gut from alignments such as Dysbiosis or IBS.
This smoothie recipe is one of these ingredients I designed and tested that works to your advantage when taking your healing journey seriously.

Serving Size: 1
1 Kg of carrots
1 large cucumber
1 large red or yellow capsicum
½ of kale bunch
1 lemon or lime
Tumble sized ginger
1 bunch of celery
Juice these vegetables in a juicer and transfer this juice to a blender
Blend the juice with 1 avocado, peeled and 1 tomato.
Optional: Add half a cup of any probiotic rich drink such as sauerkraut juice or water kefir .
Bottle it up and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours, drink it 3-4 times a day.
