Detox Week!

The first day of our detox has arrived!

Just remember that although it may seem difficult to start with, it does get easier! Also, at the end of it we guarantee you will look and feel great!

Each day during your detox, you should replace two meals with fresh vegetable juices or green vegetable smoothies, as well as having one meal from one of the recipes we will provide you with. Alternatively you could have steamed green vegetables as a meal.

Have your vegetable juice or green smoothie for breakfast and dinner and your healthy detox meal for lunch. With regards to serving size – you should eat as much as you need to in order to feel full.

Below are two juice recipe options, and one green smoothie recipe.

On Wednesday we will post four more juice and green smoothie recipes for you.

Juice Recipe 1

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 3 celery ribs
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 cup of parsley
  • thumb size of a ginger

Juice Recipe 2

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tomato’s
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 1/2 large cucumber

Green Smoothie Recipe 1

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup of coconut water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/6 large cucumber (chopped into small cubes)
  • 1/2 cup of baby spinach
  • mint leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon of dedicated coconut
