Raw Macadamia Cashew Slice

Raw Macadamia Cashew Slice Recipe
Base Ingredients
- 1 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked for 12 hours
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 9 drops stevia
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Filling Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews, soaked for 6 hours
- 2 tbsp melted cacao butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- Pinch Himalayan pink salt
- 15 drops stevia
Topping Ingredients
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 drops stevia
Method
- In a food processor, process the macadamia nuts until they become fine. Add raw cacao powder, vanilla bean powder, stevia drops and coconut oil.
- Spoon the base mixture onto a 8 x 4 tray and press down. Put into the freezer for 12 minutes.
- Drain cashews and place in food processor with cacao butter, coconut oil, maca powder, Himalayan pink salt and stevia drops. Blend ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour the filling mixture on top of the base and freeze for a further 12 minutes.
- Mix cacao powder, coconut oil and stevia together until smooth.
- Spoon the topping mixture on top of the slice. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
