Green Raw Soup with Prawns

Equipment:

Blender

Ingredients:

1-2 Avocados


1-2 Cucumber

1 Green Pepper

2 cups of pace

1 Carrot, finely diced


1⁄2 Yellow Onion, diced


1 Tbs. fresh spring onions


1 Tbs. fresh Parsley


Juice of 1⁄2 Lemon


1-2 cups light Vegetable Stock or water


1 small clove of garlic

6 tablespoon of olive oil

6 steamed/cooked prawns 

Method:

  1. Puree all ingredients, except onions and carrots, in a food processor. Add more or less water to desired consistency. 
  • To garnish add fresh herbs.
  • Serve with chopped steamed prawns.
