Whenever I entertain my friends, or I have my son’s friends over, adults or kids, everyone loves these muffins!
This recipe is suitable for people with food intolerances but unlike many recipes out there that mimic the real thing, these muffins despite being gluten free, are even better than a regular muffins!
Nothing takes away from this muffin recipe.
It is a star on its own that I can promise you, you will keep recreating these for many years to come.
Try these Gluten Free Blueberry Almond Flour Muffins recipe this weekend.
1-1/2 cups almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/3 cup softened butter
¼ cup honey 5 eggs 1 tablespoon frozen blueberries per muffin (spoon onto the top)
Combine the muffin ingredients, mixing well.
Place evenly in well-greased muffin pan.
Spoon blueberries onto muffins. Bake muffins for 15-20 minutes at 150 degrees C or until set in the center.
