Healthy Banana & Kefir Panna Cotta Recipe
Here is a recipe that takes a spin off the traditional style panna cotta. Unlike traditional panna cotta however, this recipe contains no refined sugar, is packed with probiotic goodness, and is GAPS diet friendly. It is also delicious and easy to prepare. Enjoy!
Banana Kefir Panna Cotta Recipe
½ litre banana puree
¼ litre coconut milk or coconut yoghurt
¼ litre kefir
5 leafs of gelatin
½ vanilla bean
Place vanilla, Bananas, coconut milk and kefir into a blender and mix to a puree,
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
Remove a little of the puree mix and warm in a bowl and melt the gelatin in it before adding it to the rest and blend once again.
Fill into molds and chill for 2-3 hours and serve with your choice of banana, fresh berries or coconut.
