Breakfast On The Run Smoothie
Today I would like to share with you Oats and Nuts Smoothie with Berries recipe.
This recipe will optimise your health even when you’re time poor!
You can take it to work in your favourite bottle shaker, consume it on the way there or at your desk, or keep having it as a snack during the day.
Completion Time: 5 – 10 Minutes
Skill Level: Easy
Serving Size: 1
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of dried fruits such as goji berries or sultanas or dates or apricots etc.
1/3 cup of rolled oats
1⁄4 cup of raw nuts of your choice
1 cup of coconut yoghurt
1⁄2 cup of fresh fruit like berries
1. Place the water or fruit juice into a sauce pan and bring to the boil , switch it off and let it stand for 5 minutes and transfer it to blender
2. Add the fruits
3. Add the oats
4. Add the nuts
6. Add yoghurt
7. Add fresh fruit and blend it
8. Fill into a bottle and take it with you on the way to work.
If you consume it at home, keep some of the berries whole and garnish the smoothie with it.
