On the 15th & 16th I will be presenting separately at the Mind Body Spirit Festival. I am very excited to announce that I will be presenting in detail on all that there is to know about carbohydrates.
There are many misconceptions surrounding carbs, especially relating to carbs and weight-loss. I will inform you how to best choose and prepare healthy carbohydrates to optimise weight-loss, stabilise blood sugar levels and stay lean.
Understanding how your body digests carbohydrates and how they impact on weight-gain/weight-loss is important knowledge to have! Once you learn these things you can understand better what foods are going to either help or hinder your weight-loss journey.
