RAW Probiotic Smoothie
This is the result of combining the goodness of raw foods with probiotic goodness.
I presented at the Mind Body Spirit Festival on the weekend. I talked about the benefits of eating at least 50% of raw food in your diet.
This smoothie is so delicious! Its like ice cream! It is also lactose free, probiotic, and packed with the health benefits of raw foods.
It is very simple to make. You just need to put all of the ingredients into the blender. You will need to get some of the ingredients ready the day before; freeze the fruit and prepare the milk kefir. For instructions on how to prepare kefir milk, click HERE.

- 1 cup frozen banana
- Handful of ice cubes
- 2 cups spinach
- 1-2 cups of pre-prepared kefir milk
- Fruit to decorate.
- Blend in high-speed blender until smooth.
