Plastic is everywhere in our world – it is impossible to avoid.
We are surrounded by plastic in all shapes and sizes of packaging, appliances and products. Perhaps because we are so accustomed to it, most of us don’t consider it, let alone think of it as harmful. Even if you cant totally avoid it, it is good to be aware of it and to reduce use where you can.
Basically, every time you eat or drink foodstuff that has been cooked or stored in plastic, you absorb some of the toxic chemicals.
